Teacher Service Record Submission Deadline – Action Required
New Employees to HISD - Please be advised that all Official Service Records submitted by Friday, July 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM will be reviewed and processed in time to be reflected in the first pay period on August 13, 2025. (As a reminder, this is for any applicable and creditable years of service.)
To ensure your years of service are accurately accounted for in your compensation, please submit all required documentation by the deadline (July 25, 2025 – 5 PM). Submissions received after this date may not be reflected in the initial pay cycle.
