It is the vision of Herod Elementary PK department to work in partnership with families and community members to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate early childhood program. Our focus is on lifelong learning to enhance the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the whole child and give children the foundational skills they need to be career and college ready.

The mission of the Herod Elementary PK Department is to build, support, and maintain a high quality educational foundation aligned to a research-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum, effective assessment system, and best teaching practices.
