My name is Lauren Kussmaul and I am a 4th grade teacher at the School at St. George Place. I am from Michigan, and received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Michigan State University. I have been teaching at The School at St. George Place since 2012. I also serve as our school's IB coordinator. I have always taught 4th and 5th grade, and I love working with upper elementary students. Watching them explore the world around them and make connections makes teaching the best job! When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and running.
