A Message From Mr. Bui
-
Welcome to The School at St. George Place!
I'm Huy Bui, and I am honored to serve as your principal. With a deep passion for fostering high academic achievement and cultivating a positive and inclusive school culture, I am dedicated to the success and well-being of every student at The School at St. George Place.
My journey in education spans over fifteen years, including eight years as an administrator at W.I. Stevenson Middle School (with a short stint at James Madison High School) and seven years as a teacher at J. R. Harris Elementary. These experiences have equipped me with a diverse set of skills and a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape. From my leadership positions at Stevenson Middle School and Madison High School, I have consistently worked to elevate student performance through innovative initiatives, strategic planning, and a strong commitment to social-emotional learning (SEL).
I believe in the power of community and collaboration. At The School at St. George Place, we will work together to create an environment where students are encouraged to grow, learn, and achieve their fullest potential. By integrating SEL into our daily routines, we will ensure that our students are not only academically prepared but also equipped with the essential skills needed for lifelong success.
I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported. My goal is to build strong connections between students, educators, and families to create a thriving school community.
I look forward to partnering with you to make The School at St. George Place a place where excellence is the standard and every student shines.
