John Sudjadi: May 2017 Employee of the Month

Sherman Elementary School crossing guard John Sudjadi is HISD’s Employee of the Month for May 2017.

“He not only gets our children and families across the street safety, but he does extra things to make Sherman Elementary is what it is,” said Assistant Principal Melba Heredia Johnson.

Among the many things Sudjadi does to keep the campus looking its best is to sweep and pick up trash.

Thanks to his hard work and dedication, the school’s students, staff, and even community members consider him an excellent role model.

“This man certainly goes above and beyond, doing everything he can to make sure our students have a beautiful school where everything is operating properly,” said Sherman Principal Ben Hernandez.

“I would like to thank everyone at Sherman Elementary for their support, especially the staff and all the teachers,” Sudjadi said.
