Meet Jessica Berry, Herod's Principal!

I am excited to serve as Herod Elementary’s Principal. I spent the last four years as a campus administrator at Harvard Elementary school in Houston ISD.  While at Harvard, I built relationships with the community and implemented school- wide programs that met the needs of all students to help them learn at high levels   and grow to their fullest potential. Before becoming a campus administrator in Houston ISD, I taught at Cy-Fair ISD.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I then earned my master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of St. Thomas and am currently working on my doctoral degree in ethical leadership at the University of St. Thomas.

I am thrilled to be a member of the Herod community and am here to support students, teachers, and families. Please reach out to me with any questions.
