Impacting young lives through teaching...AHSTP students are provided with a set of skills through instruction, observation, and internship; preparing them for a variety of career choices in Education. Students learn implementation of hands-on activities, classroom management, and building positive rapport with other students. Upon graduation, students are well-prepared to enter the College of Education and making tracks to becoming a highly effective Educator.The AHS Teaching Profession Team...Our magnet teachers serve as excellent role models for future educators by modeling superb teaching in their classroom, exhibiting their commitment to students on a daily basis, and sharing their passion for high-quality education with our students.Advanced Academics Program...SFA offers a variety of Pre-AP and AP classes to meet the needs of it's students in the teaching magnet program.
