Any student can request to meet with us, or they can be referred by a teacher, administrator, or parent/guardian.
Please complete this form with as much details as possible.
Please do not send students directly to our office unless it is an emergency, i.e., the student is in an obvious state of stress, crying, despondent, etc.
If you have any concerns about a student in your class, please complete the referral form and we will meet with the student (24-48 hours) and provide feedback if necessary.

Outside of school hours, if you are not in danger, but need someone to talk to, you can contact the HISD Mental Health Hotline at 713-556-1340, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
