HAIS, an Early College Magnet High School, has provided students with a world of opportunities and a seamless pathway from high school to college since 2006. HAIS students integrate Houston Community College (HCC) coursework through their traditional high school degree plan. Students will have to show mastery of the knowledge and skills necessary for success upon graduation. Students who graduate from HAIS will potentially have an Associate Degree alongside their high school diploma and will also accumulate transferable college credits to the post-secondary institution of their choice. In both instances, HAIS will provide strong support to each student and family in obtaining entrance to, and success in, higher education.
