Hello! My name is Brenda Ramirez, and I am proud to serve as the Memorial Elementary 3rd grade Dual Language teacher. This will be my 9th year teaching in HISD. I attended the University of Houston-Downtown and received a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2015. In 2021, I received a master’s in Reading from the University of St. Thomas and became a certified Reading Specialist. I am excited to be a part of this beautiful community. As a mother of 2 children, I understand the importance of working together as a team to help children succeed academically. ¡Hola! Mi nombre es Brenda Ramírez, y estoy orgullosa de ser la maestra de lectura de tercer grado en Memorial Elementary. Este será mi noveno año como maestra en el distrito de HISD. En el 2015, asistí a la Universidad de Houston-Downtown y me recibí como maestra bilingüe. En 2021, obtuve una maestría en lectura de la Universidad de St. Thomas y soy una especialista en lectura. Estoy emocionada de ser parte de esta hermosa comunidad. Como madre, yo entiendo la importancia de trabajar juntos en equipo para apoyar a nuestros niños a alcanzar el éxito académico.
