My name is Sadiya Ishaq, and I am absolutely thrilled to be your child's first-grade teacher this year! With 12 years of teaching experience under my belt, I still wake up every morning with the same excitement and passion for education that I had on my very first day. I am a proud graduate of the University of Houston, where I earned my B.S. in Elementary Curriculum and Instruction. I am also certified in ESL and G.T., making me well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of all my students. One of the aspects I cherish most about teaching is the opportunity to connect with my students and build meaningful relationships that foster a love for learning. Watching my students grow academically and personally is truly the highlight of my career.
