The Purpose of SDMC:
The Shared Decision-Making Committee (SDMC) has been established on our campus to assist the principal. The committee meets for the purposes of implementing planning processes and site-based decision making in accordance with Board policy and administrative procedure. We meet the second Thursday of every other month or as needed according.
Our members are representative of each department (teachers), non-teaching staff, the community, our business partners, parents and district administrators. Each member is voted on by their department and the rest have volunteered their time to our campus. Each member is on the SDMC for a two-year term. The members for the 2016-17 school year are:
