  • Verification of Enrollment Forms (VOE)

    Students may request a Verification of Enrollment (VOE) directly from the Student Information Representative, Ms. Penna, by filling out the request outside her office.


    VOE forms will be available 48-72 hours after the request is received.  VOE forms generated in June will be valid for the entire summer.

  • AP and STAAR testing will be taking place from May 2 - May 13.  Students may not be available for pickup during those time periods if they are testing.

  • The WebEx app is now available on HISD-issued laptops for any HISD students completing a dual-credit class taught by an HCC instructor! As a reminder, students must be on a HISD laptop/desktop in order to download it via the Software Center.

    However, these students will need to go to and log in with their HCC credentials before an account is provisioned for them.

  • Dual-credit students using a HISD-issued PowerUp device cannot download Zoom when clicking on the meeting link in Canvas. You will need to contact your HCC instructor to obtain the Meeting IDs to complete this task.

  • Please note that students enrolled in HCC classes for the fall will receive a survey with information about the term. Emails are scheduled for distribution on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8AM until students respond.
