• Requesting Student Records at Challenge Early College High School

    If you are a parent, guardian, or student in need of school records—such as high school transcripts, report cards, progress reports, or other official documents—please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:

    Steps to Request Records

    1. Submit Your Request

      • Email Ms. Preeti Joseph at PJOSEPH4@houstonisd.org with the details of your request. Be sure to include:
        • Full name of the student
        • Student’s ID number
        • Date of birth
        • The specific records needed (e.g., transcript, report card, etc.)
        • The purpose of the request (e.g., college application, transfer to another school, personal records)

    2. Provide Identification

      • For security reasons, a government-issued photo ID is required:
        • If picking up records in person, bring your ID to Ms. Joseph's office.
        • If requesting records to be sent to another institution or address, email a clear photo of your government-issued ID along with your request to Ms. Joseph.

    3. Specify Delivery Method

      • Indicate how you would like to receive the records:
        • Electronic Copy: Provide the email address for delivery.
        • Mail: Provide the mailing address for delivery.

    4. Processing Time

      • Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing your request.

    5. Current Students

      • If you are currently enrolled at Challenge Early College High School, you may:
        • Visit Ms. Joseph's office during your lunch period for assistance or questions.
        • Message Ms. Joseph on Microsoft Teams for additional help or to submit your request.
