    3rd-5th:  Monday, November 4, 2024  (3:00-3:45)
    Permission slips to try out are due on October 25 for K-2 and November 1 for 3-5.

    CONGRATULATIONS to both of our 2023-2024 Name That Book teams!  Our K-2 team took 3rd place, and our 3-5 team took 1st place overall in HISD!  I am so proud of their hard work.  If you're thinking about joining next year, watch here for more information!!

    The Name That Book contest, coordinated by the HISD Department of Library Services, serves to acquaint HISD students with classic literature as well as contemporary award-winning books, representing a variety of genres. The district-wide competition is held in the spring.
