CURRENT MEYERLAND PVA/HISD STUDENTS
Students returning to MPVA will automatically be enrolled for the 2023-24 school year after completing the online Pre-Registration process. Any student that previously attended another HISD campus should check with their previous HISD school to find out what campus your student is zoned to for the next school year. Incoming zoned 6-8 students that have never attended MPVA MUST attend the face-to-face registration event.NEW STUDENT REQUIRED ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS
PLEASE READ:To enroll your student(s) at Meyerland PVA Middle School, the student must be zoned to MPVA or have an approved transfer to MPVA on file. A parent or legal guardian must have ALL required documents (lists provided below). A parent or legal guardian (as appointed by courts) must accompany the student at the time of enrollment. Legal documents must be provided in situations involving divorce and/or other legal guardianship. If you are unable to provide the necessary documents required during your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
What to Bring:If you are living with relatives or friends zoned to Meyerland PVA MS, you must complete and submit ALL of the following documents:
Statement of Residence:Student Assistance Questionnaire:Letter from a zoned resident with the length of time student will be residing at the residenceGovernment/State Issued ID for both parent and zoned residentProof of Residency in the form of a utility bill, lease, deed—ZONED RESIDENT’S NAME MUST APPEAR ON PROOF DOCUMENTProof of Residency, in any form, with a zoned address listed—PARENT’S NAME MUST APPEAR ON PROOF DOCUMENT* – f. Completed Shared Residency Affidavit (MUST BE NOTARIZED IF HISD-ZONED RESIDENT CANNOT BE PRESENT)
