Enrollment Process

  • MPVA 2024-25 Early Enrollment Dates:

    August 2, 5, 6, & 7 (9:00–11:30 am and 1:00–3:30 pm)

    When registering, please bring:

    Birth Certificate

    Social Security Card (if available)

    Two Forms of Proof of Residence* (Gas, light, water, or mortgage/lease agreement only)

    Parent Identification

    Recent Report Card Showing Promotion

    Test Scores (if available)

     Updated Shot Records 

    *If you are not on the lease but live with a family member who is zoned to MPVA, you must bring a typed and notarized letter along with the driver's license of the person you are living with.
