    Meet The Teacher 
     
    Howdy Westerners! My name is Ms. Washington and I am your child’s kindergarten teacher. This is my first year at Lovett but my fifth year teaching. I love kindergarten and all the exploring, learning, and fun we get to have!

     I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Sam Houston State University (Eat Em Up Kats). I am continuing my passion for education by working towards a Master’s degree in Special Education.

    I grew up in La Marque, Texas.  Going back home on weekends to visit my parents and my sisters is my favorite thing to do. When I am not teaching I love to read, shop, swim and spend time with my dog Kase.

    This year will be filled with exciting educational opportunities that will guide your child’s growth.
