HISD employees and contractors are required to have an HISD badge while on all campuses and District facilities, for security purposes. 

To request an HISD I.D badge, complete the following steps.

• Fill out the correct HISD ID Badge request form provided below.
• Click here to upload the completed form and submit your request. 
• Once your request is submitted, you can now retrieve your badge at the Hattie Mae White building, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
