Worthing Early College High School offers the Advanced Placement Program (AP) which prepares students to pursue college level studies while still in high school. Worthing Teachers design their own AP course following College Board guidelines that meet the standards for college-level instruction. Students take an AP Exam for each content area at the end of the school year and this is graded on a scale of 1-5 with university professors, college professors and experienced AP teachers. Students who are academically prepared to challenge themselves with academic rigor can take these classes while still in high school.
