On Friday, November 4, I will host a Coffee with the Principal in the Teaching Theater at 9:00 a.m. Dr. Crystal Collier will be our guest speaker. She will focus on signs of trauma and resources for parents to support their teens through the aftermath of a traumatic experience. In a short time this year, we have had two events that can take a toll on our children’s peace of mind, and we are approaching the anniversary of other significantly tragic events that many of our students may be struggling with emotionally. We will also stream this event on Teams.

Magnet Tour Thursdays:
The dates for school Magnet Tours have been set for Thursdays, 1:30-@2:15pm. Before you sign up on the sign-up genius, please make sure you are registering each person that will attend. For example, if mom and dad are coming with the student, you need to write all three names in the “Name of Attendees” section, and you then write the number 3 in the “Quantity” section. Since we are limited by seats, only those names that appear in the attendees’ section will be allowed to attend the presentation. Thank you in advance for your attention to detail. We can’t wait to meet y’all!
Below are the dates on which we are scheduled to have student led tours:

Our school's student newspaper, the Heights Statesman (formerly the Reagan Statesman) is back in print!! A copy can be picked up on campus while supplies last, but in this modern age you can check out the digital edition any time! Please do check it out, these Bulldog editors, reporters, and contributors have done a fabulous job. Thanks also to Ms. Hall and Ms. Ahrens, who are serving as sponsors. The PTO is proud to have been able to provide a grant to get this endeavor started back up!
