“The Aegis is the oldest high school newspaper in Texas, with a long and proud history of contributing to Sam Houston MSTC. We want to encourage students to join us in building the club back up to where it was, by getting and staying active in the wide variety of activities we do. The newspaper is a student-driven club where you can go and interview people, or report on the results of a sporting event, or even write an expose on a problem with the school, or do a poll of student opinions on everything from fashion to the upcoming elections.
