Lee Mashburn was born in New York but considers himself a true Texan having grown up in Conroe, Texas since second grade.  He is a graduate of Conroe High School, received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Dallas, a Masters in Counseling from Prairie View A&M and a Masters in Educational Leadership from University of Saint Thomas. 

As a school leader and community member, Mr. Mashburn is thrilled about his return to Sinclair Elementary.  His vision includes a devotion to Sinclair’s time honored traditions and building a team of highly effective teachers that cater to the needs of each individual learner.  Mr. Mashburn is a dedicated and passionate educator with a commitment to excellence.  He understands the importance of fostering and maintaining open lines of communication between all stakeholders and is eager to reconnect with the staff and community and be a part of a team that helps Sinclair Elementary, its students, staff and community embody the idea of SUPERSTARS!
