Baseball Requirements

• Need an updated Physical on HISD form
• Proof of insurance and notarized insurance HISD waiver
• Baseball consists of 6^th,7^th,8^th graders on ONE team
• Baseball practices are all in the mornings.
• There is no transportation for games. Parents must drive players.
• There is a baseball fee if you make the team $$$ baseball is a club sport, not UIL.
• Not everyone will make the team who tryout 
• No equipment is provided.

All players must have a physical done on the HISD form and a completed HISD insurance waiver completed with a copy of insurance card.
