Register My Athlete

Sports physicals for the 2024-25 school year will be held on Thursday, August 15th in the big gym from 3:30-5:00. Physicals are good for all sports, all school year long. A copy of the sports physical can be downloaded from the Pershing website under forms and documents, the athletic page, or from the HISD athletic departments website. It needs to be the latest copy of the physical form, dated 2024 in the upper right corner. Forms are also available for pickup in the front office. The cost of the physical is $25.00, cash only.
