Mission: At MCHS Felix Fraga, all students will obtain their high school diploma in a supportive, flexible academic environment, while building habits and skills to help them be successful in any post-secondary academic institution or the workforce.
Vision: Students at Middle College High School at HCC Felix Fraga will be empowered to enter the workforce or postsecondary institutions through engaging and relevant instruction in a supportive and encouraging academic community.

Dress Code: Promote dress for success. We will not have uniforms, but will have a dress code expectations.Lunch: Is provided to students who qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch through HISD Food Services.Power Up Laptop: All students receive an HISD Power Up laptop after they pay the $25 Fee and sign Technology contractDual Credit: Students are able to take HCC courses as long as they meet HCC requirements and are passing high school classes and have good attendance and behavior.
