My name is Carrie Cornelius, and I am a third-grade teacher at Roberts! I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Early Childhood through Sixth Grade Education. As a Houston native, growing up just minutes from Roberts, I am overjoyed to work and live so close to my family and long-time friends. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, hanging out with my family and friends, going to the movies, reading, volunteering and trying new things! I am looking forward to another great year at Roberts!

Hello all! I am Mrs. Hoffman, and I am very excited to be teaching 2nd grade here at Roberts! I feel so lucky to be able to teach at such an enriching and student-centered school. I have always known that I wanted to be a teacher. This feeling was really solidified for me after I studied abroad in Peru and saw the way that an education can impact a child's life. I am originally from Kansas, but I came down to Texas for school. I graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor's in Spanish

Welcome to 3rd grade! My name is Jennifer Peng, and this will be my 7th year teaching. I was born and raised in Miami, FL and moved to Houston 7 years ago. I received my bachelors in Elementary Education at the University of South Florida. I am a huge fan of basketball and love the Houston Rockets. My family and I love to travel. This past summer, we took an amazing trip to Taiwan to visit Mr. Peng's family!

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas where I received a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!). When I am not at school, I can be found baking, exploring new Houston restaurants, or reading.
