Paperwork will be completed entirely online on the Register my athlete website. Players must re-register each year!!The links and all other information are located below. Players with health insurance who do not wish to purchase HISD insurance MUST complete the insurance waiver form and have it notarized. There is a notary located across the street at Parcels Plus for a small fee. Players without insurance MUST pay $35 dollars for HISD insurance through the SCHOOLPAY website. The physical, waiver or HISD insurance receipt must be scanned and uploaded to the RMA website.
