Hello and welcome to the West University Elementary Library! I am so excited that you are here. Library ancillary is a place where all students will be learning library skills, research skills, technology skills, and even engineering skills for the upper grades during Makerspace time.
West U students will visit the library once every ten days. See below for our book checkout limit per grade level.
- Kindergarten-1 book
- First Grade-1 book
- Second Grade-2 books
- Third Grade-3 books
- Fourth Grade-3 books
- Fifth Grade-4 books
Students will have the opportunity to earn an extra library checkout day for having good citizenship. Students will also be able to earn extra book checkout vouchers if they are caught reading at school.Teachers, Admin, and I will be passing out coupons to students who have earned them.

Name That Book Club is going virtual this year! All 3rd-5th graders are invited to our weekly Teams meeting after school on Mondays at 3:30 beginning October 26th.
