Hello everyone,

I was born in Serbia where I grew up and finished High School. After finishing high school, I moved to Bucharest, Romania, where I earned Bachelor of Arts in physical education and sports. In parallel with attending school, I have also become one of the best table tennis players in these countries, where I played semi-professionally. In 1995, I moved to United States and, as many immigrants, I have given an opportunity to grow professionally and personally. Early in my life as a student and an athlete, I realized that if you work hard, study hard, and you are disciplined in following your goals, you can do anything you want.

  Through my classroom experiences both as a student and a teacher, I have developed a passion to instill a love for learning in my scholars and share my own passion for learning with them. I believe learning should be fun, attractive, hands on, student centered and based on previous experiences, done in a social context, based on a dialogue and collaboration with the teacher, where the students can use their own experiences to feel success. As a coach and a teacher, I have witnessed my students grow emotionally, socially, physically, and academically, and their progress and growth became my main motivator.
