Check out USA Swimming.  This is where our olympic athletes are made.  USA Swimming endorses GoSwim productions.  Peruse this site and get excited about swimming.  Maybe even join a USA team.

Look at as many video as you possibly can at this site.  The more you see good swimming the better image you have for your own swimming.  Copy what you see and you will get better and faster!
