I have been a science teacher at Pershing Middle School since August 1999. Before beginning my teaching career I worked as a Medical Technologist for The Methodist Hospital for 15 years. I am a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and The Methodist Hospital School of Medical Technology. I have two sons, one is a software engineer and the other a teacher, and both are products of HISD. I enjoy photography, traveling, the great outdoors, and teaching science (of course).
