• Local Trips

    • 6 week advance notice
    • Administrator Approval Required
    • Please ensure that all items on the form are completed in full and accurately. Missing information will delay request.
    • Sponsor cell phone should be included on Teacher line.
    • VIPS approved chaperones
    • List of student attendees should be sent via email or print out to Attendance office. Students are responsible for missed assignments.
    • HISD Buses
      • Required entry into their system at least 10 school days prior to trip. (This does not include time for approvals, etc.)
      • Services not provided before 8:30 am and 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday only
    • Failure to follow HISD policies can result in field trip not approved or considered.

    Out of District Trips

    • Same process as Local Trips, except, additional documents required. 
    • Complete the Out of District packet instead.
    • 7 week advance notice
    • Failure to follow HISD policies can result in field trip not approved or considered.

     

    Completed forms should be submitted to Mrs. Guzman.

    Approved forms will be placed in Teacher's mailbox.

    Teacher's will then take originals to Mrs. Hernandez in the Business Office to reqeust transportation.
