Who Needs to Register
Students who attended an HISD school in 2020-2021 but recently moved into the South Early Collage HS.
- Students who attended campus in any other school district for the 2019-2020 school year and now live in the South Early College zone.
- Students who may have attended private school last year but are now returning to their zoned school.

Who do Not Need to Register but Needs Provide Proof of Residence
- Incoming freshman students who are zoned to SECHS and attended Hamilton, Hogg or Gregory Lincoln only need to show Proof of Residence
- You may upload your proof of address here. Please make sure it is a current lease or utility bill. Please save the file name as: Proof of Residence_last name

Students Who do Not Need to Register
Students who have been accepted through the Magnet program who have reserved their seat and turned in all documentation already.
- Students who have been accepted through the transfer process who have reserved their seat and turned in all necessary documentation.
- Students who attended South Early College last school year.

What Documents do I Need to Register?
Below is the lists all the documentation you will need to do the registration.
- Registration Packet (Required)
- Health Inventory (Required)
- Student's Birth Certificate/Passport (Required)
- Student's Social Security Card (Required)
- Parent/Guardian ID needs to be one of the following:(Required)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Military ID
- Passport
- State ID
- Proof of address needs to be one of the following (Required)
- utility bill (water, gas, or electricity)
- HCAD document, mortgage statement, or lease. Statement of Residence (if Applicable)
- Withdrawal paperwork (Required)
- Report card and/or Transcript (Required)
- Immunization Records updated (Required)
- Other school records; ARD, 504, or LEP paperwork (Optional)
- Medical records. (Optional)
Create Digital Copies of Your Documents: To create digital copies of your documents, you will need a scanner or a smart phone with a camera. It is preferred to save your files in PDF format. JPEG format will be accepted.

If you decide complete the filliable forms as electronic format, complete and save all documents to your computer in the following format:

2, Registration by Pre-Appointment (this option is waiting to be approved by HISD)
