• South Early College High School is an internal charter school of the Houston Independent School District. South Early College HS is a small, safe, academically focused high school where the student-centered focus is on preparation for college success and positive community engagement. South Early College HS is generously supported through collaboration between Houston ISD, Houston Community College, and other local community service organizations.

    Enrollment is limited to incoming 9th and 10th grade students within HISD who complete the district’s application process and are accepted into the school. All students entering 9th grade must apply through the Magnet application process
