Take time to reflect on your role, you have learned so much over the past year, so take some time to reflect on your success and contributions Reflect on how you can perform better and continue to be fully productive, or possibly increase your effectiveness or job satisfaction Check in with your manager and ensure you have been appraised and had a performance review completed  Discuss with your manager about career development opportunities for the following year
