    If you are interested in applying to our school, you must:

    1. Completed application must have (all sections);
      • Current Immunizations   
      • Proof of HISD residency   
      • Copy of recent year’s high school transcript, final report card and college transcript-if available;
      • Copy of district and state achievement test scores for the school year (STAAR / SAT/ TSI);   
      • Copy of current discipline file;   
      • Copy of Birth Certificate, 
      • Social Security (if applicable)   
      • One letter of recommendation (school administrator, counselor, teacher, community member or other adult who you have worked closely with – Not parent/guardian nor family member)Letter of recommendation.

        • Drop off the application with documents to our main office Middle College High School at Felix Fraga (We are inside the Houston Community College Felix Fraga located on the 2nd Floor of HCC Felix Fraga Building.

    3. You will then be called in for an interview face to face or virtually using Microsoft TEAMS.

    4.  If you get accepted you will be given a letter and asked to complete the Enrollment Packet.

    5.  All accepted students are expected to attend the New Student Orientation during the Summer 2020
