Performance Appraisal

    The Goal

    The purpose of the Appraisal System is to provide a systematic and consistent way to measure and improve individual performance in order to achieve the goals and priorities of the district. By the district board policy "All district employees who work 20 standard hours or more per week shall be annually appraised in the performance of their duties and shall be provided assistance to improve job performance.”
