• College Tour  
    EMERGE-HISD empowers and prepares high performing students from underserved communities to attend and graduate from selective colleges and universities across the nation.  Students in the EMERGE-HISD program benefit from extensive programming, individualized support and tailored resources from 10th to 12th grade. 
     
     

    • Afterschool Programming

      EMERGE offers after-school programming at high schools across HISD. Twice a month, students attend workshops to prepare for the college admissions process.

       
       

    • EMERGE College Tour

      The EMERGE College Tour offers students the opportunity to live on a college campus, take classes with professors, and interact with their peers in a collegiate setting.

       
       

    • SAT Bootcamp

      Students receive a voucher to register for a free SAT prep course.
