  • About Program

    SAP offers a vast variety of career paths for one to embark upon. SAP ERP is enterprise resource planning software developed by the German company SAP SE. SAP ERP incorporates the key business functions of an organization. This program is designed to prepare high school students with basic SAP concepts and tools through our partnership with the SAP University Alliance. The district goal, in partnership with SAP University Alliance, is to increase marketable skills in the workforce by introducing them to a variety of modules currently used in day to day corporate operations using the SAP S/4HANA platform. SAP S/4HANA is an in-memory data platform that is deployable as an on-premise appliance, or in the cloud. It is a revolutionary platform which is best suited for performing real-time analytics, and developing and deploying real-time applications. At the core of this real-time data platform is the SAP S/4HANA database, which is fundamentally different from any other database engine in the market today.

  • SAP Event Week is a week of events aimed to showcase principles and concepts learned throughout the year. This week of events will include an Entrepreneur Fair where students will showcase and pitch their companies to judges and guests through presentations. Mock interviews where our young learners will have the opportunity to practice their interviewing skills with some of the nation's leading businesses using SAP, including Houston’s SAP Corporate Office. This week will culminate with SAP Game Day, where students will defend the title by taking on military veterans from Fort Bliss in a rigorous but fun game in which SAP content is tested in a Monopoly configured format. Last year's event was both exciting and engaging. It was truly a memorable event in which students and guests had a lot of fun in a learning environment. This year we end the game day event with an awards ceremony to celebrate our students for their dedication, hard work and many accomplishments they have achieved.
