Mrs. Karla Garcia is a proud Milby High School graduate. Milby High School was the first school that she ever attended in the United States after arriving from her native Mexico.  At the age of 17, Karla graduated top 15% of her class and was the first one to graduate from high school in her family.  She attended the University of Houston and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and French. Recently, she attended the University of St. Thomas where she received a Master of Education degree. Mrs. Garcia is married and has 3 very active children.
