Baylor College of Medicine Teen Health Clinic at Milby is open 5 days a week. All our services are FREE for anyone ages 13 to 24. This includes immunizations, annual check ups, sports physicals, sick visits and so much more.

Call 713-556-5766 for an appointment. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian signed consent form. Consent forms are available in the clinic or in the school office or through the Baylor College of Medicine website.
