Complete the Student Commitment Form - Deadline September 25th

It is time for you to decide how your student will receive instruction. To inform your decision, our reopening plan has been posted. Please review the plan and make your selection no later than Friday, September 25^ththrough HISD Connect.  If you do not choose, the decision will default to your student returning to face-to-face teaching and learning on October 19^th.

Login in to HISD connect and go to the menu to the left. Look for the Forms link which is located in the middle of the menu. Click Forms. A list of forms will appear in the middle of the page. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select the School Commitment form. After you have made your choice, click Submit. An instructions chart is provided below.
