A Message from the Registrar
Due to Covid 19, Chavez Administration is requesting parents to download and fill out the enrollment documents required for online registration. Enrollment Packets are located on the left hand side of this page. Your packets will be emailed to our Registrar Ms. Patricia Alexander upon completion. You will find the Subit Form button on the bottom of the last page.

Chavez High School will only be opened to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the month of June to pick up and drop off Enrollment Forms.
You must call in ahead of time to schedule an appointment or to drop off documents curbside to complete the enrollment of your student.
