Band
The Hamilton Husky Band is a thriving middle school program focused on consistent and constant improvement.
The band has received the rating of “Superior” by the state of Texas numerous times and we continue to strive to maintain that record of excellence both in and out of the classroom. Students not only learn to become better musicians but to become better students as well.
Students will learn important life skills such as respect, responsibility, and time management. These life skills, as well as the musical skills they learn, will allow them to succeed in whatever future endeavors they choose both in and outside of school.

Sapphires Dance Team
Sapphires was founded in 2014 and is one of Hamilton Middle School's performance groups. Sapphires represent AHMS at athletic events, community engagements, and dance competition. Students learn the importance of teamwork, patience, and leadership as role models of their community. The Sapphire experience prepares students to audition for high school dance, but more importantly, builds student leadership in the classroom.

Theater/UIL Theater
HMS Theater is a program that fosters a practice of empathy and creativity. Theater is a safe place for all students. We focus our energy on group activities, communication, expressing emotions, theater history, careers in entertainment, physical acting/stage combat, puppetry and tech applications.
UIL Theater is an opportunity for students to showcase their talents in a play and compete against other theater groups.
