T.H. Rogers strives to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students. All T.H. Rogers staff members have received training in identifying and responding to bullying among students. Additionally, school counselors and social workers provide ongoing guidance to empower students to recognize and report bullying at school.

With the T.H. Rogers Bullying Report Form, members of the school community have a resource for documenting and reporting bullying. When submitted to school administrators, these forms provide valuable information that helps administrators investigate reports and take appropriate action.

According to the US Department of Health and Human Services, bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Both kids who are bullied and who bully others may have serious, lasting problems.
