    MAJOR GOALS: Improve health and fitness/increase activity

    All students will acquire the knowledge, skills, and motivation to incorporate physical activity more fully into their lives.
    Each student will: 
    • Set goals
    • Dress out daily and participate fully
    • Be responsible for regular activity, improving skills, and making smart lifestyle choices
    See improvement in both skills and fitness levels
