Ms. Davis-Owen has taught multiple social studies courses including pre-AP and AP offerings and enjoys her time as an AP exam reader and participant in multiple teacher grants offered through HISD. AP World History Summer Assignment:In an effort to get a jump start on the semester, the 2017 summer assignment is for students to read chapters 2-4 of Bulliet’s The Earth and its Peoples, 3rd ed. and take notes. While these notes are not a grade, they will help you retain information and also be of use when we talk about how to take effective notes for WHAP (very different than APHUG).
