House Bill 3 requires all Texas high school students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as a condition for graduation. If parents want their student to opt out of the financial aid graduation requirement, please use the following form below (if a student is 18 years or older, a parent's signature is not needed).
