Ms. Arismendi teaches AP Spanish Literature & Culture, AP Spanish Language and Culture,  Spanish for Heritage Speakers, and Dual Credit Spanish in the Texas public school system.  She also taught Spanish at Houston Community College. Ms. Arismendi has been a College Board  AP Spanish Exam reader for 14 years . She holds a Masters degree in Spanish from the Universidad Pontifica de Salamanca, Spain.
